We were simply amazed with the "construction plan and notebook" that you gave us.  We found this to be a wonderful tool that kept us all organized and in touch with the developing construction.  We did have some concern that we would be experiencing some "down time" with the opening of the new office.  However, because you remained on schedule we opened the new office on time.  I have built two previous dental offices both of which were delayed in completion, causing me to lose valuable production and services to my patients.  I thank you very much for the professional and friendly way in which you worked with us from the beginning to the end of the project.  We wish you well.

I have had the pleasure of working with Dave Heaney and Healthcare Facilities Solutions for two projects.  Both projects were complete guts of existing office space to make a custom space for my medical office.  Both projects, especially the second one, were under time constraints.

HFS did a wonderful job of keeping all the work and all the trade professionals on schedule and keeping the projects within budget.  The team has excellent ideas for the design process, and implements the ideas with skill and precision.  HFS was also very adept at the interior design and helped pick out a wonderful combination of colors for the office.  They were very flexible and helpful in searching for the "green" building materials that I wanted.  Also, they adapted their plans to any minor "surprises" that came up and did not annoy us with "change order charges" that so many other contractors would have levied.
